THE SLEEP TO LIVE® INSTITUTE WAS LAUNCHED

THE COMPANY CHANGED ITS NAME TO KINGSDOWN®

THE KINGSDOWN® MATTRESS WAS INTRODUCED
and became the company’s most popular mattress brand.

THE COMPANY CHANGED ITS NAME TO MEBANE-ROYALL
and published company catalogs that showcase its popular open strings, open strings, made completely of iron. The company also created combination wood/steel box spring to reduce steel use during WWII.
